Pool work sits under the Swimming Pool C53 classification on CSLB #1095957, the same license that covers our home building. That means one contractor, one contract, and one schedule instead of hiring a separate pool builder and hoping the two calendars line up.
If the pool is going in alongside a new home, we sequence the excavation, the equipment, and the hardscape around the rest of the build so the yard is finished when the house is.

Adding a pool to a home you already own
An existing yard brings its own questions: access for equipment, where the utilities run, how the deck meets the house, and what the setbacks allow. We look at all of that before quoting so the number you get is one we can hold to.
