What Almond Grove Homes builds

Eight kinds of work, one licensed contractor, one point of contact. Whatever the project is, it runs through the same crews and the same license out of Madera.

One license behind all of it

CSLB #1095957 carries three classifications, and between them they cover almost everything on this page. General Building B is the ground up work: custom homes, modular and production homes, duplexes and small multi-unit properties, and whole home remodels. Swimming Pool C53 is the pool work. Electrical Signs C45 is the sign side of our commercial jobs.

The real estate side runs on a separate credential, DRE #02054090, held by Nick Salinas. It is why we can help with the land you are buying to build on, or the house you are selling once the new one is finished, instead of handing you off at the property line.

Why that matters to you

A build that crosses trades usually crosses contractors too, and every handoff is a schedule nobody owns. A house, its pool, and its yard under one license means one contract, one schedule, and one person to call when something needs a decision.

It also means the classification covering your project is a public record you can check before you sign anything. Look up the license number above on the CSLB site and you will see what we are licensed for, when it was issued, and that it is current.

Which one is your project?

The short version, if you are not sure where your job belongs.

  • A house in your head and no drawings yet: custom home plans and design, drafted in house
  • Land, a plan, and a house that does not exist yet: custom home building
  • A new home on a shorter timeline and a set plan: modular and production homes
  • A house you already own that no longer fits: home renovations and remodels
  • A pool, with the new build or on its own: swimming pool construction
  • A duplex or a small multi-unit property: multi-family construction
  • A tenant improvement, build out, or sign: commercial construction
  • Buying the lot or selling the finished house: real estate services

What we do not take on

We are a family owned builder, not a tract production company, and the list above is the whole list. If you ask us for something outside it we will say so and point you somewhere better, rather than learn on your job.

If you are not sure which one you need, call (559) 474-9901 and describe the project. That conversation is free and usually settles it in a few minutes.

All 8 services, in detail

Each page covers what the work includes, how it runs, and what the license behind it means.
