Modular and production homes for Central Valley lots
If a full custom build is more than the project calls for, a modular or production home gets you into a new house sooner and for less, with the same licensed oversight on site.
A faster route to a new home
Modular construction moves a large share of the build into a controlled factory setting, which cuts weather delays and shortens the schedule. What arrives on your lot still has to be sited, set, connected, and finished properly, and that is the part we take care of.
We handle the pad, the foundation, the utilities, the set, and every trade that follows, so the home you end up with is finished to the same standard as anything else we put up.
What is included
A modular build with us still covers every step, from the pad to the final trades.
- Modular home construction as a faster, more cost effective alternative to a full custom build
- Site preparation, foundation, utilities, and set coordination
- The same licensed oversight and on site coordination as a custom build, under CSLB #1095957
- Plan options with exterior and interior renderings so you can see the layout before anything is ordered
- Plans we own and draft in house, so a change to the layout goes to Courtney rather than to a third party
Seeing the plan before you commit
The images below are 3D renderings of a home plan concept, not photographs of a finished house. They are the fastest way to understand how a floor plan sits on a lot and how the rooms relate to each other before a single permit is pulled.
When you are ready to see real work, the projects page is all photographs of homes we have actually built.
Home plan renderings
These are 3D renderings of a home plan concept, not photographs of a completed build.
Interior plan renderings
Also renderings rather than photographs, showing how the interior of the plan is laid out.
