Who we are
Almond Grove Homes is a family owned custom home builder based in Madera, California. Nick and Courtney Salinas started the company in 2019, and they are still the two people you talk to: the quote, the plan, the weekly update, and the final walkthrough all come from them.
We are licensed, bonded, and insured general contractors rather than a production tract builder. Whether you are building a first home, adding a pool, or upgrading the house you already own, we are here to make your vision come to life.
What we do
From custom homes and modular designs to swimming pools and multi-family buildings, we handle each project with care and precision. We also take on home renovations and remodels, and a smaller amount of commercial tenant improvement and sign work.

How we work
Clear communication is the part of a build most owners tell us they were missing before. You get regular status updates as the work moves, so you know where things stand without having to chase anyone for an answer.
We also coordinate with the other trades and related projects on your schedule rather than ours, which is how deadlines actually get met. Being based in Madera and close to nearly every jobsite is a large part of why that works.

Step 1: Free quote
Call or send the form and tell us about the property, the budget you are working with, and what you picture. The quote costs nothing.
Step 2: Planning
Courtney drafts the plan in house, from one we already own or from a blank page, and we coordinate the permitting side of it.
Step 3: Construction
Licensed, bonded, and insured crews build the home, pool, or property, and you get regular status updates as the work moves.
Step 4: Completion
We coordinate with the other trades and related projects to hit the deadlines and hand over a finished property on schedule.
