A secondary line, handled properly
Residential construction is our main business, and we say so plainly. Commercial work is a smaller part of what we do, taken on where the scope is a good fit: tenant improvements, interior build outs, and permitted sign installation.
Our permit history includes a tenant improvement plan check, a completed tenant improvement project, and a completed sign permit, so this is work we have actually done and closed out rather than a service line added to fill a page.
