How we help you build
A custom home is the one project where every decision is yours, and our job is to make those decisions easy to make. Nick and Courtney Salinas walk the property with you, talk through what you picture, and turn it into a plan that can actually be permitted and built on your lot.
The plan itself is drawn in house. Courtney Salinas drafts our home plans, either starting from a plan we already own or drawing a full custom home from a blank page, so the design and the build never pass through two different companies.
From there we handle the coordination: the trades, the inspections, the schedule, and the running list of small choices that come up once framing is underway. You get regular status updates so you always know where the build stands.
