A working radius, not a map with pins in it
Every city listed here is close enough to Madera that one of us can be on site the same day a decision is needed. That is the whole reason the list stops where it does. A builder who has to drive two hours to look at a framing question is a builder who answers it next week.
It also means we already know the local ground: which parcels raise water questions, how each county handles a plan check, and what a rural utility run really costs in time.
Madera County
Our office and most of our jobsites are here, from the valley floor at Madera and Chowchilla up into the foothills at Oakhurst and Coarsegold.
Fresno County
A short drive south of the shop. Fresno and Clovis builds, remodels, and pool work run on the same crews and the same schedule as our Madera projects.
