A lot that looks like a bargain can carry costs a listing never mentions: no water, a long utility run, a septic problem, an access easement, or a setback that quietly rules out the house you had in mind. Because we build here, we can look at a parcel as a builder and as an agent at the same time.
That combination is the practical value of working with us before you buy rather than after.

When the build is done and it is time to sell, we already know the house down to the framing, which makes for an honest listing and fewer surprises in escrow.
