Framing progress across the full slab of a new custom home

Multi-family construction for Madera County owners

We build duplexes and small multi-unit residential properties under the same general building license and the same project management as our single family work.

Built the way we build a house

A small multi-unit property is a different set of drawings, not a different standard of work. The foundation, framing, mechanical, and finish trades are the same crews that build our custom homes, run on the same schedule and the same inspection process.

For an owner adding a duplex to a parcel or putting up a small multi-unit building, that means you are dealing with the licensed general contractor directly rather than through layers of a development company.

What is included

A multi-family build with us runs under the same license and the same process as a single family home.

  • Duplexes and small multi-unit residential buildings
  • Built under the General Building B classification on CSLB #1095957
  • The same project management, scheduling, and status updates as our single family work
  • Site preparation, foundation, framing, and finish trades coordinated under one contract

Where the work happens

We build across Madera County, Fresno County, and the surrounding Central Valley. Because we are based in Madera, we are usually a short drive from the job, which is why the schedule tends to hold.

If you have a parcel and are weighing what it will support, that is a good first conversation to have with us before anything is drawn.

Other work we take on

A multi-unit parcel often needs more than one kind of work, and the same license covers it all.
